Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in office work. Experience in E-Commerce Sales Ebay & Amazon is a plus.
-Microsoft Excel/ Word
-Ability to work independently & Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency & multitasking
-Must have a positive attitude and be a Team Player, have solid interpersonal skills and be able to function well in a fast paced environment
- Good command of English is a must. Bilingual is a plus.
Daily Tasks:
Provide customer service via phone / email
Processing orders/ returns
Maintain and expand eCommerce channel such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart
Update and maintain new items
Experience with FBA shipments a plus
Experience with Walmart a plus
Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage details, prioritize tasks, and practice efficient work habits
Strong ability to multitask
