- 10+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years in Quality Assurance for J2EE based/.Net based applications (both Client-Server & Web based)
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in Test Lead role,
- Good knowledge and experience in Test Planning/Design, Test Cases creation, Test Execution, Defect tracking & triaging.
- Thorough understanding of software development and testing life cycles (SDLC, STLC).
- Knowledge of modern development practices (Agile, DevOps) and good experience in Agile based test management.
- Experience in various types of testing - Functional, Integration, Performance and Regression testing.
- Hands-on experience with Bit bucket, Jira, and Confluence tools.
- Experience in direct coordination with offshore development & test teams and multiple onsite teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task, Self-starter
- Good analytical skills and Team Player
- Nice to have some experience in SQL/Oracle DB.
- Nice to have experience in test automation framework design and development
- Nice to have experience with Postman, and JMeter
