We are seeking an experienced Case Manager(s) to join the Arash Law family. Case Manager(s) will be responsible for managing a case load, providing outstanding client service while handling all aspects of the case from intake to preparing the file for demands.

Responsibilities include:

Initiating and maintaining client contact on a regular basis

Fully investigate each case, gathering, and analyzing intake information and relevant documents.

Verify insurance coverage and liability issues and maintain contact with insurance company.

Manage client’s medical care keeping in constant communication with client and medical providers. Schedule

and calendar medical appointments, explain procedures and related documentation to clients.

Continuously monitor case status, treatment status and recommendations

Working with Medical Records Clerk to request records on an ongoing basis, review and analyze records

Organize and maintain case files, preparing files to be submitted to Demand Writer

Update Abacus database with all case notes

Qualified candidates with have 3-5 years of experience managing a case load in the Personal Injury field with little supervision. Candidate must have experience managing a file from intake to demands and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail orientated, organized with excellent follow through in order to meet multiple deadlines. Candidate must have excellent communication and people skills as this role requires heavy client contact. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology a plus.

Bilingual in Spanish required.

This is an in office position working under strict CDC recommended safety guidelines with biweekly testing.
