PERSONAL INJURY PRE-LITIGATION ATTORNEY

A typical day at our firm for the Pre-Litigation Attorney:

- Review and monitor cases to ensure clients receive outstanding service

- Handle escalated calls that require attorney communication

- Negotiate claims with insurance attorneys and defense counsel

- Strategize ways to maximize value of cases for clients

- Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy and in a manner that encourages their confidence and trust

- Correspond with clients and opposing counsel

- Support attorneys and staff within the pre-litigation team

- Analyze and summarize legal documents

- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

Our Ideal Candidate:

- 3+ years of personal injury experience

- California Bar license required

- Knowledge and understanding of pre-litigation process

- Excellent knowledge of medical injuries and bills

- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

- Top notch academic credentials and references

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent oral and written communications skills

- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
