Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney (Valley)

We are an insurance defense firm that is looking for a motivated, self-sufficient, experienced and capable attorney to fill an opening for an associate position.

Candidate is someone who is able to work with minimal guidance and handle their own caseload while at times receiving direction from the managing attorney.

Our ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Minimum of 6 years of prior experience with litigation - primarily civil litigation

Taking depositions including expert witness depositions

Drafting motions, demurrers, motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions

Drafting case evaluations and opinion letters

This is a fast paced practice with interesting legal issues providing growth opportunities.
