About the Role
At Fisher Law we specialize in several fields, primarily focusing on workers’ compensation defence, employment/labor law defence, civil defence, subrogation, and corporate and entertainment transactional work.
Your primary role will focus on defending employers and insurers in employment-related litigation. As an associate attorney, you’ll collaborate closely with lead attorneys, actively participating in every stage of the litigation process—from case evaluation and discovery to representing clients at workers’ compensation appeal board hearings.
Responsibilities
Attending administrative board hearings.
Propounding and responding to written discovery.
Taking and defending depositions.
Evaluating, analyzing and executing litigation strategies on behalf of employers and insurers.
Proactively manage communications with clients throughout the course of litigation.

Workers' Comp Attorney Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial
Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to our clients
Company Offers
Salary starting at $80,000 - $150,000+ bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience.
