Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry Company, has partnered with a prominent boutique firm in Los Angeles intheir search for a mid-to-senior level corporate associate. The firm is well known for their work representing emerging growth and middle market companies in a number of industries including tech, life sciences, entertainment, and real estate. They are ranked Tier 1 in Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities/Capital Markets by U.S. News.This associate will have the opportunity to have a hands-on role in corporate and M&A matters. • 3+ years of M&A and/or Capital Markets experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice in California
• Big firm or comparable experience preferred
