Employment Lawyer and/or Research Attorney

Plaintiff's Established Employment law firm seeks two NEW positions, a Litigation Associate and a Research/ Law and Motion Attorney positions. Employment and Research/Law and Motion Attorney will assist in all legal motions, complaints, MSJ oppositions, depositions, legal memorandum, discovery, trial and trial preparation (appellate briefs). Looking for a lawyer w/ 3-20+ yr experience. Trial and/or appellate experience is a plus, but not necessary. Applicant should come from ABA approved Law School with good credentials. E-mail Cover, Resume, Writing sample (employment related is best). Highlight education success, employment law verdicts or MSJ victories, appellate experience if any or any other experience and successes in your career (include judgments, MSJ rulings and other favorable matters to add weight for consideration) and/or any class action/PAGA experience. Fast paced and substantial case load. Large firm experience is good, Employment defense experience is also good. This is a Full-time position.
