Duties Include/But are not Limited

Cleaning the property making sure its clean at all times there are 4 properties in one location.

Cleaning mirrors/wiping down furniture.

Cleaning ceiling lights/Replacing Burnt out lights.

Cleaning spider webs/Cleaning property cameras .

Blowing leaves once a day.

Hosing down property in the morning.

Keeping track of houshould supplies.

There are 2 dogs that need to be walked and have their meals prepared daily

BEING HANDY IS A PLUS.

Must have CAR to get to work.

Must have Driver Licence

Must be able to travel to New york and Pensylvania Regularly.
