TEMP-HIRE POSITIONS

Pay $32/hr+ DOE

Looking for 2 Supervisors for 2 Positions: Warehouse Floor Supervisor and a Compliance Supervisor

Shift Start Time: 6-8am (Flexible) plus OT as needed

BENEFITS:

HEAD FLOOR SUPERVISOR

The head floor supervisor role will work closely with the Operations Manager to assign and direct process work performed and supervise specific areas of the ECOM operations. They will manage staff, foster a positive work environment, and drive customer satisfaction through solid KPIs. The successful candidate will have a firsthand approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales target achievements

COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR

The Operational Compliance Supervisor role will audit operational flows against pre-set SOP and develop best practices to improve operations. They will supervise staff, foster a positive work environment, and drive operational compliance through KPI enforcement and process improvement. The successful candidate will have a firsthand approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of our business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable operational target achievements.

REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH POSITIONS:

Bilingual: English/Spanish

Computer Skills

5 yrs of supervisor experience and managing 30+ people

Able to send detailed emails

Time Management and Organized

Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction

Willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed

You are extremely detail oriented

Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities
