Are you a jack-of-all-trades with a knack for fixing things? We're on the lookout for a versatile Handyman to join our team and help tackle work orders, turnovers, and general maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience in General Contractors/Handyman type repairs, covering a range of tasks such as:

- General Repairs

- Plumbing

- Electrical

- HVAC

- Painting

- Flooring

- Drywall

- Lighting & Plumbing Fixture Repair

- Site Clean Up

General Requirements:

- Must have your own transportation

- Reliable and hardworking

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication skills (English & Spanish)

- Strong organization skills – keeping track of completed jobs and hours worked

- MUST have your own Equipment, Tools, & Insurance

Job Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: $35/hour + cost of supplies, paid every two weeks

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Service Area: Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Lincoln Heights

Other: Must submit to a background check
