The Oinkster, a high volume, fast casual dining concept specializing in American classics such as Nebraska Angus burgers, House Cured Pastrami and BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches is seeking to fill all Back of the House positions. We are an established, fun, casual restaurant that prides ourselves on our ability to work as a team.

Successful applicants will have:

At least 2 years of current and verifiable experience in a high volume kitchen

Basic Knife skills

A passion for food

Attention to detail

The ability to read and execute a recipe

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of food handling procedures and Health and Safety

The ability to lift 50 pounds

The ability to work efficiently and clean as you go

The ability to work well under pressure

The ability to take direction while working as a part of a high functioning team

The ability to work well with others

Open availability including the ability to work nights, weekends and most major

holidays

Reliable transportation
