Job Description:

In 1986, Charleys redefined the Philly Cheesesteak. Today, more than 600 locations in 45 states and 20 countries serve up the #1 Cheesesteak in the World, made with fresh, quality ingredients grilled-to-order the Charleys way.

A Team Member will be responsible for taking orders from the customers and serving the orders. They will also help with the cooking and adding the fresh toppings to the subs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide excellent customer service to all guests.

Prepares food orders efficiently within 2-3 minute time frame.

Performs frequent washing and sanitizing of: food areas, food preparation tools, and hands.

Serves food to customers in an efficient manner in the Drive-Thru and as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Effective communication skills.

Basic math and reading skills.

Ability to follow directions.
