Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing high-quality dishes, a keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with our standards

Ensure the highest quality and presentation of dishes

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place

Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a line cook in a high-end restaurant and Mexican or Latin-inspired restaurant

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Culinary school training is a plus
