Pastry Production Cook

Position: PM Ice Cream Spinner

This position includes spinning ice cream and sorbet, assisting in making frozen novelties, pastry prep, and ensuring proper use of all equipment, keeping track of inventory, FIFOing all product, communicating with the team and chef, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

Experience with ice cream is a bonus but not required. If you are a hard worker who has previous experience working in kitchens we'd love to speak with you. A positive “can do” attitude is a must. Must be a team player and have a desire to learn and improve skills. English proficiency and the ability to lift heavy containers (30+ pounds) is required.

Hours: 2:00PM-10:30PM Mon-Fri

Weekends off!

Benefits: For those who work more than an average of 30 hours a week, you will be eligible for health care benefits. Employee discounts to all restaurants in our restaurant group.

Duration of employment: Full time hours through the summer. Hours will decrease in the fall/winter and become a part time position.

The right candidate may even be able to transfer to one of our sister restaurants if there are any openings and they have the skill set to help advance those restaurants.
