HIRING PIZZAIOLOS AND LINE COOKS!

The hyper-popular Factory Place Hospitality Group (BRERA Ristorante and The Factory Kitchen) are currently seeking experienced LINE and PIZZA cooks

The candidates should be highly motivated individuals who are eager to be part of our exciting concept and preferably have already experience in Italian cuisine.

In addition to three years of culinary experience in top Los Angeles Restaurants, the perfect candidates must possess passion, sense of urgency, and a strong dedication and commitment to a team-oriented environment and genuine hospitality. Chef Angelo Auriana is looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of organization, firm understanding of culinary technique, and a thorough understanding of health department rules and regulations, and maintains a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience (preferably in an Italian restaurant)

Flexible hours

Basic knife skills

Functions well under high volume pressure

Valid food handling certificate

Time management ability
