We are a catering/food delivery service located in the city of Monrovia. We are currently looking for a line/prep cook that can help our culinary team:

Prepare ingredients

Butcher meat and seafood

Cook sauces

Make recipes

Translate instructions into finished dishes.

1 year experience minimum.

We are looking for someone that knows the different methods of chopping vegetables, dividing meat, filleting fish and combining salads, herbs and spices, along with how to portion dishes and work with precision to bring recipes to life. You will also need to know the safe and proper methods of operating different kitchen appliances and utensils.

You will need stamina to work long hours in a fast-paced kitchen. You also need to be able to lift heavy objects (40 pounds) and collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to meet client and executive expectations.
