Senior Analytics Manager | Remote | Based out of DTLA

Job Description We have a job opportunity as a Senior Analytics Manager that is fully remote but based out of Los Angeles, CA. This position is with a eCommerce company selling hair wellness products. They emphasize their usage of sustainably harvested and plant-based ingredients. The position itself requires no management, it is just in the job title. The role will be supporting Customer Marketing, Retention, and Performance Marketing Teams. This company is approaching $120 million dollars in revenue and is on track to be at one BILLION dollar evaluation by 2024. They currently sit at 50 employees but are expanding to 100. In addition, they are opening a new office in DTLA come late 2022. Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience
• Marketing/Customer experience

• DTC experience
• SQL
• Tableau (preferred)
• Python or R
• AWS/Redshift

• 30% Visualization
• 20% SQL

• 100% Data Analytics, no management
