- High School Diploma
- Deep understanding of help desk processes is required.
- Hands-on experience with Service Now's incident platform (ITSM)
- Contact Center experience: Cisco Jabber, Cisco Finesse, etc. for accepting/receiving calls
- IT technical troubleshooting skills for Tier 1 -2
- IT helpdesk / service desk experience required
- Support a temporary project by backfilling client's existing resources on the Service Desk
- Guide users/callers to the information available
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- Flexible work schedule to support off hours work during nights and weekends, as needed
- Attention to detail for documentation and following instructions
