Job Details

Job Description Minimum Education:
  • High School Diploma
Minimum Experience/Knowledge: .
  • Deep understanding of help desk processes is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Now's incident platform (ITSM)
  • Contact Center experience: Cisco Jabber, Cisco Finesse, etc. for accepting/receiving calls
  • IT technical troubleshooting skills for Tier 1 -2
  • IT helpdesk / service desk experience required
  • Support a temporary project by backfilling client's existing resources on the Service Desk
  • Guide users/callers to the information available
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • Flexible work schedule to support off hours work during nights and weekends, as needed
  • Attention to detail for documentation and following instructions
