Make Your Mark:

The Senior HR Business Partner is a key position in our growing organization. This role will be responsible for every aspect of the functional Human Resource needs of their client group and must be able to work comfortably and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

You'll Get To:

• Ensure compliance with human resources related company policies as well as applicable federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. • Assist Director of HR to develop HR Business support infrastructure, including reviewing HR policies, procedures and processes, and managing employee relations as necessary. • Guide internal processes for employee promotions and transfers in/out of their business group. • Work with managers and department leadership to draft and design job descriptions. • Responsible for reviewing offers of employment, drafting specific letters, and working with Talent Acquisition for candidate experience. • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development to insure alignment of onboarding processes and initiatives. • Benchmark compensation for all new positions and accurately determine status under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). • Manage and ensure compliance based on location, role and position. • Ensure process integrity for Global population and partner with International HR contacts. • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior managers and executives, providing guidance on HR issues where needed. • Partner with managers in developing/administering performance process and development plans. • Foster employee engagement, oversee and participate in ongoing employee initiatives. • Conduct employee exit interviews, terminations. • Partner with Director, Human Resources, on annual performance review process, assisting managers with goal setting, salary adjustments, progressive discipline and terminations. • Manage/Partner on other HR projects. • Respond to audit requests.

What You'll Bring:

• High level integrity and confidentiality is expected. • Strong analytical and customer-oriented focus. • Ability to think conceptually, strategically and tactically. • Ability to maintain positive professional business relationships. • Strong organizational skills along with attention to detail, a dedicated work ethic and flexibility to meet the business initiatives, with a focus on continuous process improvement and efficiency. • Candid, constructive, and direct communication is expected and encouraged. • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or other related discipline. • HR credential required (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) • Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and Excel required • Positive team player, cooperative, and self-motivated.
