Description Our client, an educational institution is looking for an HR Manager to join their team immediately. This position reports into the CFO and we are looking for an HR professional to help lead and implement all HR functions. As the HR Manager you will be the lead person in administering all HR policies and procedures. You will help with all recruiting efforts including posting job descriptions, conducting initial interviews, checking references and processing background checks. You will assist with benefits administration, process I9s, implement harassment trainings and work with outside legal counsel when necessary. You will also assist with annual reviews and help coach and counsel employees and assist with leadership development. The ideal candidate will have a vision of implementing a warm and friendly culture and will help to continue to develop the HR department. Candidates with SHRM and/or PHR certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
