Personal Assistant in Lake Balboa/SFV

We’re seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized personal assistant. You must have strong time-management and communication skills. You like getting sht done! No task is too big or too small for you. If you are punctual, reliable, and trustworthy we’d love to hear from you.

We’re a busy household with 2 business owners, a 3-year-old, and 2 dogs. Flexibility in this position is an absolute must. This role involves working with a high-energy advertising CEO who will have last-minute requests and a Type-A real estate professional/interior designer who has backup plans for backup plans.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Scheduling appointments (automotive maintenance, medical, restaurant reservations, vendors, etc.)

Running errands (coffee and lunch runs, donating items, dry cleaning, grocery shopping, post office, returns, etc.)

Keeping spaces organized.

Handling mail and deliveries.

Managing light household tasks (backstock, dishes, laundry, etc.)

Helping with pet care including baths, occasionally feeding, scheduling vet appointments, and walking dogs. We have an elderly toy breed dog and a medium-sized rescue puppy.

Supporting real estate/interior design company and traveling as needed to help on-site at projects. Locations are within 3 hour-drive of Los Angeles.

Supporting digital advertising agency administrative tasks. Ordering, wrapping, and shipping gifts for clients and staff.

Also, nice to have: meal prepping and meal planning experience (if you have experience and interest in that)

Requirements:

Authorized to work in the USA.

MUST BE VACCINATED! Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster required.

A reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Ability to communicate via email, text, etc.

Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour; mileage will also be reimbursed.

Hours: Flexible schedule. The position will start part-time but could grow into full-time role.
