• Service now Implementation Specialist & Admin
• Core module (Normal Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, CMS(optional) )
• Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
• Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read format for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts utilizing the most efficient Glide Record methods to reduce overall processing time.
• Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System.
• Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications and systems
• Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST
• Creation of design documents ,test cases & Unit testing
• Defect fixing & accommodate small changes in case of minor enhancement
• Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow
• Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
• Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.
• Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
• Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.

• Integration hub Okta Spoke
• Integrating ServiceNow with LDAP
• User account creation/termination
• AD/LDAP integrations
• Hybrid Exchange environment orchestration actions
• Knowledge about Workday and PeopleSoft is a plus
