- Service now Implementation Specialist & Admin
- Core module (Normal Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, CMS(optional) )
- Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
- Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read format for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts utilizing the most efficient Glide Record methods to reduce overall processing time.
- Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System.
- Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications and systems
- Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST
- Creation of design documents ,test cases & Unit testing
- Defect fixing & accommodate small changes in case of minor enhancement
- Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow
- Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
- Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.
- Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
- Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
- Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
- Integration hub Okta Spoke
- Integrating ServiceNow with LDAP
- User account creation/termination
- AD/LDAP integrations
- Hybrid Exchange environment orchestration actions
- Knowledge about Workday and PeopleSoft is a plus
