ETF Specialist - HybridThe ETF Specialist - Hybrid will manage a defined geographic territory, performing both internal and external sales functions. Works work within US Wealth Advisory Services team to driveETF sales in their defined territory. Partners closely with team members including Advisor Consultants and Regional Managers within the covered region to proactively grow sales through phone and web conference meetings and face-to-face advisor meetings. Responsible for maintaining current client assets, cross selling producing advisors and converting prospects to clients. Responsible for all phases of the sales process, including outbound sales calls, email correspondences, and advisor follow ups during days in the home office, plus 20% or more field travel.Key Responsibilities and DutiesResponsible for proactively growing sales through phone, web conference meetings and face-to-face advisor meetings in the defined territory.
The ETF specialist will be responsible for all phases of the sales process, including outbound sales calls, email correspondences, and advisor follow ups.
Partner with Advisor Consultants to manage and cultivate key advisor and strategist relationships and develop ETF sales through those contacts.
Educate, train and interact with other distribution areas and partners within Nuveen to enhance awareness of the ETF offerings.
Maintain knowledge of competitor products and industry related topics. Maintain proficiencies in delivering value-added presentations to advisor and other audiences.
Update activity logs in contact management system and work with Sales Management on various project initiatives.Â

Experience in both one-on-one and group meetings with Advisors and due diligence with analysts, as well as public seminar experience is a plus.
CIMA, CFP or CFA designation a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
