Legal Assistant

This Legal Assistant employment is based in the Culver City area.How you will make an impactTake incoming phone calls and lend an extra ear with handling high volume phone lines

Manage the case calendar and keep an eye on deadlines

Prepare correspondence and pleadings, plan out service on parties

Assist in the preparation of exhibit binders for depositions, trials, and hearings

Maintain the electronic document system as well as file hard copies of documents

Produce a variety of documents and correspondence

Produce court filings, either on paper and electronically as required

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Assist attorneys with key discovery and client intake

Requirements

Personal Injury Law experience preferred

Insurance claims experience

Able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Solid understanding of Pre-trials
