Job Description: The Data Management Sr. Project Manager will lead the Treasury Management Solutions Business Online Portal Data Management work-stream initiatives for client migrations (no technology components included in this work-stream) as well as serve as a support system for the Program Manager (technology components included in the overall program support activities)

Working directly and collaboratively with business teams, business analyst, project/program managers and Product Owners to ensure high-quality work-stream deliverables. This role requires an individual who is self-driven and can highly function in large and complex environments independently and/or with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
Manages various sub-work-streams inside of Data Management and its dependencies.
Coordinates with the overall program manager and project managers of other remaining work streams.
Ensure continuous communication and feedback loops on any data issues escalated by our vendors.
Tracking and reporting Data Management work-stream issues, risk and status.
Ensure the sub-work-streams inside of Data Management use the most accurate client data for the client migration.
Facilitate Client placement per wave for data migration.
Help coordinate the white glove client list per wave for training.
Facilitate the creation of internal data remediation user guides.
Coordinates marketing contacts validation.
Oversight of business data validation.
Responsible for supporting the BOP program manager in the creation of materials for the weekly executive meetings (dashboards, progress status, risks, issues and mitigation plans)
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:
Self-starter and reliable who requires minimal oversight for daily work.
Treasury Management/Cash Management banking experience a plus.
Experience in Financial Services space is highly desirable.
Proven track record with large-scale initiatives within strict time, budget, and resources.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively.
Ability to adapt to constant change efficiently, highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and behavioral skills including team, self-driven, leadership, oral and written communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing.
Ability to work in a team fast-pace environment, motivate sub-work-stream team members and influence behavior of others is a big plus.
Familiar with MS Suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Education:
Bachelor's or equivalent related experience; PMP Certification preferred, CSM Certification preferred
