Project Engineer

A fast growing electrical construction company is ready to welcome a new engineer to help with project control. Position is open for immediate hiring.

Key responsibilities are:

- Quantity takeoffs

- Scope planning, breakdown, and scheduling

- Coordinating with client, field staff, and vendors

- Issuing and negotiating change orders

- Managing Documents: RFIs, Submittals, Drawings, Change Orders, Billings, Contract, Purchase Orders, Timecards, etc.

Candidates fit for this position should have the following:

- Engineering or finance background

- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge

- Understanding of building systems

- Excellent communication skills

- Drive to perfection

- Willingness to learn

- Organizational skills

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Have reliable means of transportation

- Drafting experience
