Revit Architectural Drafter

A high-end luxury residential developer is looking to add a talented architectural drafter to their growing team.

We are a growing company seeking a talented drafter to provide support in the design of very luxurious homes using Revit.

Responsibilities:

Drafting of high-end architectural construction documents and detailing in Revit

Prepare project designs and construction documents using BIM software and equipment

Coordinate and manage Revit models

Modify existing drawings per engineering markups

Visiting local job sites and attending meetings

Provide prompt and accurate progress reports on a regular basis

Work directly with Architects, Designers, and Contractors

Prepare and present design details for selections and finishes

Organizing and managing multiple project development

On-site problem solving

Requirements:

2+ years Revit drafting experience in residential construction industry

Knowledge of architectural drafting standards and construction documentation.

Familiar with building codes and permitting standards in CA

Strong organizational skills

Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to work well individually and as a team, taking direction from project leaders and managers

Ability to multitask and work on a range of projects

Motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented
