Senior Java Engineer/SpringBoot/AWS/Docker/$160K base

A software focused company located in Central Los Angeles is currently looking to bring on a Java Engineer for a full time role. They're open to either Mid or Senior Engineers since they have roles in both and ideally someone with 4+ years of experience. You'll be developing in Java 8 and 11, SpringBoot, Rest API, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, SQL and React. They heavily do backend development so you'll be doing 90% backend development and 10% front end development. You'll also be doing 80% new development and 20% enhancements to their platform. They have a high traffic consumer facing platform so you'll be working on that and this is a full time role. You'll work on a team of 10 people! This role requires someone to go to their LA office once every 2 weeks so they're looking for people who live in Los Angeles and Orange County. Required Skills & Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in Java, SpringBoot and SQL
• Must have production experience in AWS since they heavily use AWS
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a huge plus for them
• Any experience working on scalable systems and high traffic applications is a huge plus
• Someone who has strong problem solving and Object Oriented Programming skills
