Mid-Senior Java Engineer/SpringBoot/Hibernate/AWS-Local candidates only

A growing SAAS company located in the Santa Monica area of LA is currently looking to bring on a Mid-Senior Java Engineer for a full time role. You'll develop in Java11, SpringBoot, Hibernate, AWS, Rest API Microservices, Jenkins, SQL and this will be 100% backend development. They're okay with someone who has Java8+ experience. Any experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB is a huge plus. You'll be on a team of 15 people and work on their high traffic, high volume B2B SAAS platform. They're very data driven and they partner with many Fortune 500 companies. This role will be 100% remote currently and post Covid, it'll be 2 days a week in the Santa Monica office. They're looking to move quickly and hire after 2 interviews! This role can pay up to $135K base and they're looking for minimally 3 years of professional experience in Java. You must be local to Los Angeles or Orange County. Required Skills & Experience

• At least 3+ years of professional experience in Java, SpringBoot and Hibernate
• Must have very strong Object Oriented Programming skills
• Must know how to write API's from scratch
• Any experience with Microservices, Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Any AWS experience is a plus
• Someone who is a team player, has a good attitude, is open and flexible to work on a wide variety of projects and technologies
• Someone who has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math or Physics
