Inside Sales / Customer Service

Reputable Los Angeles/Ventura County based manufacturer of water filtration products used primarily in the HVAC market looking to expand our sales department.

This position is inside sales/customer service and marketing. We offer competitive salary with medical benefits, paid vacation, 401K, and paid holidays.

The qualified candidate will be required to:

Support nationwide representative network

o Work with sales reps on daily basis

o Assist with incoming calls

o Review specifications and produce quotations per customer requests

o Technical calls

o Order tracking

o General requests

o Provide aftermarket sales support

 Parts quotations

 Warranty support

Basic marketing functions

o Bi-monthly newsletters

o Assist with literature updates

o Assist writing technical “white papers”

o Research new industry certification requirements

o Research new avenues to clientele (i.e. social media, etc.)

Other duties will include:

o Coordinate projects in conjunction with internal engineering department

o Research newer promotional items

o Maintain training room

The qualified candidate should have the following education, skills and abilities:

Five years customer service / technical sales experience in related field, Bachelor’s Degree (not required but preferred), or military background with honorable discharge.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)

Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
