Dry Cleaner Customer Service/ Delivery Position

We are a family run premier full service dry cleaners that services the Westside (Playa Vista/Pacific Palisades/El Segundo). We utilize state of the art GreenEarth cleaning process that is chemically inert and has no environmental impact. We are voted consistently the last 4 years "best of the westside" dry cleaners. We are a service oriented dry cleaners seeking those candidates with a "great personality" who will go above and beyond for our clients.

Job Summary: Delivery/ Customer Service Representative, starting at 4 days a week Monday-Thursday 8 hours a day

Duties consist of, but not limited to:

responsible for safe and efficient delivery system for individual and business clients

managing in a timely manner clothing delivery between our three locations

responsible for maintaining in good condition the company vehicles

customer service

data entry of garments into our POS system

handle customer inquiries

assist in keeping counters and work areas clean

and most importantly making sure customers are happy!

Requirements: High school or GED equivalent, fluent in English, proficient with computers, valid CA driver license, 2 years of driving experience, clean driving records, be comfortable to drive van, obey all traffic laws, great personality, effective communicator with customers and co-workers, professional appearance, honest, punctual and dependable, ability to work in a team environment that can multi-task, and prior experience in retail or customer service. Prior dry cleaning experience is a big plus, but not required. Responsible for maintaining clean driving record and following all state safety protocols.
