Attract and source candidates by using databases, and social media.

Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards, universities, and tech schools.

Access potential applicants with relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

Participate with Branch Management, Human Resources Representatives, and Recruiters in developing recruiting strategies for Technicians, Sales or any position within a branch while supporting the employment brand.

Create and maintain recruiting channels through internet and social media.

Develop talent pipeline strategy through technical or sales schools, military bases, universities and various career events.

Act as point of contact and build relationships to promote the Company as the preferred employer of choice.

Qualifications5-7 years' related experience

Associate degree or Certification (Automotive/Heavy Industrial Tech or Business)

Extensive travel (over 20%)

Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)

Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business
