Role: Recruiting Assistant

Primary Skills: Recruiting Assistance/Human Capital Management (HCM)

Role Description:
The

Recruiting Assistant must have at least 4+ years of experience. In this role as the Recruiting Assistant, you will support the recruiting lifecycle for a recruiting team by providing needed administrative, reporting, and transactional support.

You will also perform accurate and timely candidate tracking and reporting throughout the recruiting lifecycle to communicate status and progress on behalf of the team and support team organization.

Responsibilities:

- Execute transactional activities in Workday and coordinate interview logistics (e.g., scheduling, reserving rooms, arranging parking).

- Support the recruiting team s ability to provide welcoming and personal experiences for candidates and a seamless transition from interview, to offer processing, to onboarding by partnering closely with the Onboarding team for hand-offs and scheduling.

- Involved in opportunities to research and identify process gaps and streamline existing processes.

- Help enable client s vision while championing client s culture and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Extensive applicable experience in talent acquisition or another related field.

- Experience coordinating logistics for events.

- Effective interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.

- Team-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.

- Experience working in an office or department support role.

- Strong organizational skills, especially relating to coordination.

- Comfort with data entry and reporting.

- Ability to provide support as needed on projects.

- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications: Recruiting Assistant has the following qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in business, psychology, communications, or another related field.

- Experience in human resources and/or higher education.

- Experience working with HR applications (such as Workday HCM and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)).

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
