IT Project Manager - PM22-00074

Location: Irvine, CA Hybrid

Job Description: The contractor will take over project management responsibilities for TES (Fuel50 SaaS solution implementation) and WSG (Remediate vulnerabilities from AD Deep Dive, Migration of user and department files from on-premise file servers to O365 SharePoint and OneDrive)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI ACP, CSM
  • Applies advanced technical project management concepts with a full understanding of project management practices and IT policies and procedures to manage complex/cross-functional business and technology projects.
  • Provides analysis for highly complex, project-related issues.
  • Initiates, designs, and leads project proposals and reports.
  • Has overall project management responsibility.
  • Assembles and directs large project teams, develops detailed project plans and schedules, and monitors budget and resources.
  • Directs project activities with the goal of completing the project on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.
  • Identify stakeholders, gather requirements, and participate in requirements analysis and fit-gap sessions, recording key functional requirements and group decisions.
  • Document all decisions related to newly defined procedures.

  • Proficient in compiling and presenting project status in varying ways to meet the needs and to be understandable by the intended audience.
  • Effective at leading meetings with cross-functional (business users and technical staff) teams.
