Project Manager

- Primary responsibility of the Project Manager will be to streamline Customer Engagement related projects across the organization and work with various domestic and global partners on future state of digital customer engagement delivery with heavy software development focus.- IT department is building out a new Program Management capability.- The IT Project Manager will reside in this group and be a shared resource that provides project management services throughout IT.- In addition, the IT Project Manager will also assist in building out this new capability.- Will be required to coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams throughout the organization.- To be successful in this role, the IT Project Manager must be able to build close partnerships and work collaboratively with various cross-functional organizations, teams and individuals across business and IT.- The role will interact diversified project team members, subject matter experts, management, and leadership, both internal and external.- Under minimal supervision, resource is expected to understand the business, lead projects in support of the business strategy.- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects is critical, ability to execute in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.- Leading cross functional teams the position requires extensive interface with Technology, Innovation and business operations.- Deliver project requirements from inception to go- live, working with cross-functional resources and providing ongoing communication and validation internally and externally through and post launch.- Consults with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business case. Develops and revises project plans and project artifacts as needed.- Manage client relationship with multiple stakeholders from an operational perspective as it relates to the project.- Manage change control across various systems and processes ensuring timely and accurate communication, when required. This entails full discovery, customer/client impact, root cause analysis, and resolution which include internal and external communication.- Identify project issues and facilitate resolution; form and run sub team to resolve issues as appropriate- Conduct risk management and scenario planning- Adhere to IT governance processes. Provide monthly project status and financial updates for approved projects- Document decisions and action items of team meetings
