Senior AWS Developer. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Onsite).

Qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience in software development using Python and cloud application development
Experience in Lambda function application development
Thoughtful in approach to software engineering practices
A strong understanding of Python programming
A strong understanding of relational databases and SQL queries, Aurora DB desired
Knowledge of Data structures, OOPs concepts, JSON/DB modeling
A strong understanding and use of asynchronous Restful API patterns
Experience implementing AWS CloudFormation and CI/CD structures
Able to define, document and communicate, middleware, and back-end architectures
Clear communicator (written and verbal)

Techstack:

API Platform
- API Gateway + Java Lambdas
ETL Platform
- AWS Glue for Job Scheduling and Loading
- Python ETL scripts (orchestrated by Glue)

Pay Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $75/hour to $85/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
