Here, you will make an impact by:Be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution plans for your products

Be the “subject matter expert” for your market. Analyze, assesses and segment the market effectively to develop winning strategies and tactics

Magnificently implement new product launches

Develop value proposition, positioning, messaging and marketing communications plan

Track metrics, manage analytics measuring market trends, marketing efficiency, and forecasting

Collaborate with Upstream Marketing, R&D, Clinical, and Sales Leadership to refine strategy

Collaborate with Sales Training and Sales Leadership on content, material creation, and education strategy for internal and external sales force

Collaborate with Upstream Marketing to identify driven gaps in product portfolio and unmet market needs, and align on product development roadmap

Build and handle meaningful relationships with our commercial team

Develop and maintain relationships with physician consultants and KOLs for marketing engagement opportunities

Lead resourcing, timelines and budgets associated with projects in areas of responsibility

Manage expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility as mandated by Vyaire’s Travel and Expense Policy

Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character while professionally representing Vyaire Medical

Align with Vyaire’s Code of Conduct, all company policies, rules, procedures and administrative standards

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who have the following required qualifications:B.A./B.S. degree required. Degree in business, marketing, or engineering preferred

Minimum five (5) years of marketing/commercial experience in healthcare required

May have 3 to 4 years of people management/leadership experience

Experience with product launches, downstream marketing, and product rollout; required

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to adjust quickly in an innovative, fast-paced, “start-up” environment

Excellent collaborator: experience with successfully leading and building strong working relationships with cross- functional teams

Comfortable working in an exciting, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment alongside an outstanding, driven team of cross-functional partners

Experience in both Sales and Commercial Marketing is preferred

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to present effectively to executive leadership as well as customers
