Accountant - Entry Level

Carrying out other related duties and participating in special projects as assigned

Log data

Ensuring that accounts contained in the general ledger are correct

Investigating and fixing account discrepancies

Put together monthly journal entries

Aiding in audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits Requirements - Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

Applicants are recommended to hold an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

Experience with Quickbooks Online or Acumatica

Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

Foundational knowledge in data entry

Bank Account Reconciliation experience

Be detailed, flexible, and organized

Employer requires 1 year of accounting experience

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred
