Sr. Product Owner Mobile applications

• Prioritizes mobile apps project road maps for the Company’s Apartments marketing department
• Manages mobile apps schedules and plans
• Provides mobile apps product oversight and management
• Partners with, and communicates priorities to, IT development team and reviews development work
• Aggregates internal team feedback and approval workflows
• Consults with departmental leaders on in progress and future projects including oversight around features, releases, and feedback cycles
• Requirements gathering for new app enhancements & bugs
• Leads management and communications with external vendors on various apps projects
• Contributes to the company’s strategic direction to elevate the customer experience
• Supports team KPIs and ensures mobile apps meet or exceed all financial and engagement targets (i.e. app downloads, operational efficiencies, etc.)
• Partners closely with the Regional Marketing & Digital Media team around the execution of a best-in-class communications strategy
• Collaborates with the regional marketing team on the day-to-day needs of mobile app maintenance and content updates
• Other duties as assigned
