Cloud Data Engineer / Irvine / Mid-Senior Leven

A nation-wide dental health coverage company is looking for an experienced Cloud Data Engineer to add to their team. This company provides quality dental care services to people nationwide by using one of the largest and most credited dental health networks. As a Cloud Data Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing modern cloud architecture and data engineering to help support AI and other cloud services. You will work closely with the Data Science team to maintain their cloud architecture for structured and non-structured data. The ideal candidate will be an expert with managing cloud data pipelines, ETL processes for ML/AI and working within HIPAA or HIITECH environments. This is a great opportunity for a Mid to Senior level Engineer that wants to work in a challenging technology environment within an extremely stable organization. Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years Cloud Data Engineer experience (AWS, OpenStack, Rackspace, Azure)
• Proficient with Python and/or R
• Expert with SQL and ETL pipelines
• Webservice knowledge API, REST, RPC
• Database experience with SQL, NoSQL, Postgres

• BS in Computer Science or Engineering
• Cloud Certification (AWS Solutions Architect, Cloud Security, OpenStack Administrator)
• Containerization with Docker
