KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Lead/ Principal Product Manager. This is an exciting and high-visibility role for a strategic, customer centric thinker with the technical chops to be credible with product development. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about user experience, customer value and who thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Ideal candidates will have B2B SaaS experience, ERP, and Fintech knowledge, and have a proven track record of delivering features on time and within budget

What you will do in this role:
  • Create, manage, and own the feature backlog and drive roadmap planning, prioritizing new features based on user needs, business goals and technical feasibility
  • Establish a feedback loop to capture customer feedback (pain points and new feature requests); create and properly prioritize change requests for new features
  • Understand the competitive landscape; generate feature-comparison reports; research market trends and generate requirements to fill market gaps
  • Refine existing processes with the PM function and establish new ones where needed
  • Coordinate customer(s) pilot and beta testing
  • Present new features directly to customers and gather feedback
  • Prepare release training materials; execute release training (customer and internal)
  • Conduct release readiness validation including coordinating release risk analysis, confirming required features are all present and coordinating internal cross functional team meetings to review items and get sign off from internal stakeholders on features.
  • Release management including tracking and communication of initial features, features added and removed from a release cycle.
  • Management and prioritization of post-release issues

What we need from you:
  • 5+ years of experience defining, building, and launching successful SaaS products
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, and/or equivalent work experience
  • Expertise overseeing product strategy, roadmap, and requirements definition
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills; ability to break down complex problems into actionable next steps
  • Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS platform development; experience writing product and feature requirements; experience generating UX design
  • Customer-centric focus with a deep empathy and understanding for customers; passionate about delivering a great user experience
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to influence and drive multiple teams toward a common vision and strategy; you effectively translate technical ideas to non-technical people and vice versa
  • Highly motivated self-starter; ability to launch new projects with initiative, taking ownership and executing efficiently.
  • Strong ability to juggle between strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities
  • Ability to think both strategically and technically; you like looking at things from a high level but you also roll up your sleeves and work directly with the customers/product
  • Proven experience running pilot and beta programs
  • Become an expert with respect to the competition
  • Proven experience researching market trends
  • Experience managing teams
  • ERP or FinTech experience is a plus
  • This person will need to work at our HQ office in Aliso Viejo, CA (remote option 50/50 OK)
  • Some travel is required. <10%.
