Demolition/Construction Laborers

Hiring Immediately - Full time work for a Non-Union Company

Salary: Hourly rate will be based on experience (see below for requirements) Will pay for verifiable experience

WE are an Orange County based demolition company looking to fill full time positions for the following positions:

Demolition/Concrete Laborers & Operators:

Expected Duties for Interior strip out of a commercial building:

-Load, push, and unload wheelbarrow

-Lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs)

-Bend and stoop for long periods of time

-Work with scissor lifts/boom lifts

-Clear debris and trash from assigned site by hand or with bobcat

-Operate hand and power tools of all types: jackhammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, electric saws (handsaws and sawzalls)

- Have your PPE's and understand site safety standards

Preferred Experience

Demolition Laborers: Experience with interior strip outs and exterior demolition of commercial buildings

Demolition operators: 2+ years of operating bobcats and excavators

Valid Driver licenses and clean driving record preferred but not required
