Job Title: Trainer/Large Group Training

Reports To: Assistant Camp Director/Camp Director

Job Summary

The Camp Transformation Center Trainer provides effective fat burning workouts to help members transform their lives physically & mentally. The Trainer also assists in providing a friendly, motivating and supportive environment along with a comprehensive educational program focusing on weight-loss & fat-loss. The trainer also provides exceptional customer service and focuses on building positive working relationships with members and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create, set-up, and provide fat burning workouts that deliver results

Implement circuit training workouts that are fun & effective and are conducive to The Camp curriculum

Constantly motivate members & guests during, before & after workouts

Build positive relationships with clients, members & staff

Assist in selling The Camp merchandise & supplements

Post professional company photos on social media

Ensure a safe and secure workout location and environment

Expected maintain a clean and organized workout environment.

Other duties as assigned

Certificates/Licenses

Certification in Fitness Instruction/Group Training/Personal Training (within 30 days)

Certification in CPR & First Aid (within 30 days)

Qualifications

Minimum one (1) year experience in the fitness industry

Strong customer service skills

Strong communication skills both oral and written

Attention to detail
