Real Estate Agent/Partner in fast growing brokerage Spanish Speaking

Need to Speak Spanish and have RE license:

Looking for a self-starter, a person that wants to learn the in's and out's of the real estate industry. I have been a Real Estate Broker for 9 years and looking for some extra help and partner/teammate. I have too much business and would be happy to grow that with another agent. I'm not looking to hire more than 1 or 2 agents and am going to be selective.

I know more than 95% of agents/brokers out there. I can teach you about all parts of the real estate transaction, investing, flipping, developing houses, construction, and marketing. I do all of those and I know what works with marketing and plan on doing more recently and will be happy to cut you in on those deals.

This will be a little different than a large broker with all the "good" online classes and tools. You will get hands on experience and real life experience on a daily basis.

Also I'll give you a great commission split, I don't see anymore than 20-25% on deals you bring, up to 10-15% if your experienced. Along with extra on the deals I bring you in on or can't take/handle. For example I get about 1 active qualified buyer lead on a weekly basis sometimes more. I cant handle those and would give you 35-45% cut on those closings.

My office is in Anaheim Hills, I would like you to be somewhat close OC or West IE. Work from home. As thats where I sale most of my properties

Need to have a Real Estate License! This will be commission but you will get solid leads and I'll even cut you in one some listings and buyers.
