Security company located in Rancho Cucamonga is currently looking for that certain person that can wear many hats. The position at hand entails working closely with our project manager on ongoing /upcoming projects. You are also expected to handle mostly all of the day to day office operations, employees, billing , receiving, Job costing etc
Construction office admin is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
Construction Contracts and Construction Billing.
Assist Project Manager on all tasks needed.
Interacting with clients about all steps of the project.
Compliance of all incoming new files.
Perform any other office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Must be highly skilled with QuickBooks
Previous experience in Construction office administration or other related fields REQUIRED
Must be able to read and comprehend Insurance Estimate/Documents, Workers Comp documents.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Strong In Billing /Receiving/Time Management/ Job costing
