Ecommerce Order Processing Specialist

We are a rapidly expanding ecommerce business looking to fill two positions (part-time and full-time) for order processing and listing management. If you're detail-oriented and possess the skills outlined below, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail is essential and MUST!

Experience in warehouse/ecommerce order processing is required, with familiarity in order processing systems and

major carrier software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, Stamps.com, ShipStation).

Proficiency in creating marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, TikTok) and basic image/video editing.

Knowledge in vendor research, price comparison, purchasing, basic SEO, and social media promotion is a plus.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
