Lewis Apartment Communities currently seeks an EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician for its large, beautiful 233-unit community, Green Valley, in Chino Hills, CA. Great opportunity for a skilled, personable residential maintenance professional.

The right candidate should have skills in all aspects of general maintenance including:

-Strong all-around maintenance skills in the apartment industry

-Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, stoves, washers/dryers, etc.) installation and repair

-Making ready units for new occupancy

-Maintaining units of current residents

-Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities

Position requires a valid CA driver's license. You must be able to pass a drug-screen (including Marijuana) and criminal background check.
