Janitor

The hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am – 5:05 pm. May require 1 or 2 days of the week to work 7:00 am -3:35 pm (35 minute lunch).

· We prefer a candidate who has the ability to read and write English and bilingual in English and Spanish

Daily Duties

Clean bathrooms -4 total

Throw out trash throughout the facility

Wipe/disinfect-lunchroom tables, microwaves, counters

Wipe/disinfect-door handles throughout facility

Wipe/disinfect factory stainless sink

Wipe/disinfect staircase handrails

Replace empty wipes in all locations

Wipe/disinfect front office sink/counter

Wipe/disinfect timeclocks/timecard racks

Record activities on cleaning signature sheets

Wipe/disinfect vending machine

Bi-weekly

Mop breakroom

Clean sweep engineer lab

Remove parking lot trash- front/back

Remove second floor sensitive document directly to trash

Note inventory cleaning supplies and request order through purchasing

Dust copiers

Clean fridges – once a month or when needed

Fill spray cleaner bottles

Trim carpet strings

Clean carpets

Clean mailbox

Clean bottom floor windows & sills

Replace scent dispensers in bathrooms

Help with carton disposal

· Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Other duties may apply
