Family-owned Business/Property Owner Seeking General Maintenance

Family-Owned Senior Mobile Home Park, Commercial and Residential Property Owner Seeks a Part to Full-Time Reliable General Maintenance Employee to Add to Existing Team.

Applicant must speak English. Ability and access to drive a car; must have valid drivers license and current automobile insurance to transport tools and supplies throughout property when necessary.

Assist maintenance supervisor and other maintenance team members with overseeing turnkey operations and ensure that vacant units are rent-ready in a timely manner. Perform general grounds cleanup and the cleaning of rentals. Ability to utilize general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to: hand tools, ladders, vacuum pumps, landscaping, blowers, pressure washers and required safety equipment. Must have ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work and inspect work sites; lift, move, and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with the use of proper equipment. Other duties may include one or more of the following areas: mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or HVAC.
